Atmosphere
You may have already had the impression, watching our corporate video: we believe in a warm and welcoming atmosphere and a positive work environment. New employees benefit from a detailed onboarding process. The same in the job: we communicate a lot, exchange our (legal) views and opinions and support each other. We love spontaneous get togethers in our modern office spaces be it at the coffee counters and meeting areas, or our Cafeteria to have lunch together. But, don’t worry: of course we respect everyone’s focus time, too.
Flexible working models
Part-time models
The weekly working time for a full time position is 40 hours, but we also offer a wide range of part time models with an individual amount of hours.
Mobile working
Mobile working is an integral part of our company and the amount of mobile working is subject to individual alignment.

Events
We love to celebrate our success together! That’s why all our locations come together once a year for our two-day company seminar. We use this time to exchange new ideas, educate ourselves on recent topics and enjoy an evening event. Another important date each year are the CAMPUSTAGE at our headquarters in Bremen, which we organise to inform our clients and everyone interested about privacy, information security and compliance.
And there is a lot more like team events, a Christmas party and other get togethers around the year.
Holiday
We offer a total of 30 days' holiday per year with additional days off if Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve fall on a working day.
